We bring in the plumber, electrician, gas fitter and HVAC trades, plus engineers and geotechnical engineers, and handle the building permit. ### Interior renovations Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, garage and suite conversions, secondary suites, millwork and built-ins, flooring, tile, drywall and paint. ### Exterior renovations Siding, building envelope repairs, windows and doors. ### Timber framing and milling Heavy timber frames, cedar milling and live-edge slabs. ### Decks, fences and outdoor work Cedar decks and boardwalks, privacy fencing, charred cedar, timber pavilions, bunkies and hot tub decks. ### Excavation and landscaping Steep-slope work, retaining walls, drainage and landscape grading. ## How we work ### 1. Site visit and estimate Dan comes to see the job. The site visit and the written estimate are free. ### 2. Written contract A written contract before any work starts. ### 3. Full crew, all trades Our carpenters work 40 hours a week on your job, Monday to Friday. We arrange the plumber, the electrician and the other trades, and handle the building permit. ### 4.
